2019 REGISTRATION FOR 

RETURNING VENDORS FROM 2018 OPENS ONLINE

MARCH 18TH, 2019 - JULY 22ND, 2019. 

NEW VENDORS (WHO DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN 2018) APPLYING FOR 2019 ARE ASKED TO REGISTER AFTER JULY 23, 2019 AS SPACES ARE RESERVED FOR RETURNING VENDORS UNTIL THIS DATE. 

GENERAL INFORMAITON: Please read before registrering 

Attendance for the Stone Lake Cranberry Festival is on average, 25,000 to 30,000.  We have 330+ Vendor spaces on flat asphalt streets, 12 feet along the curb and 10 feet from the curb into the street. Some spaces are available on the grass upon request. 

Please note: Before registering all vendors must hold a valid Wisconsin Sellers Permit to sell at the festival. Copy of sellers permit must be visable at your space during sale hours. (Social Security Numbers no longer accepted - permit required) If you are in need of a permit one may be obtained for $20.00 on-line at https://www.revenue.wi.gov.  

Proof of General Liabilty Insurance: At time of registration all vendors must provide proof of General Liability Insurance to cover your vending space listing Stone Lake Cranberry Festival as additional insured. No exceptions. Contact your local insurance agent for further details or Event Insurance may be purchased for a little as $39 on-line at www.actinsurance.com.

Varing approval rules for New and Returning craft and food vendors are noted. Please Note: There is NO indoor space available to New Vendors as indoor space is very limited. New vendors selecting Indoor space will be declined due to lack of space.
